Customer Communications Intern
SentinelOneCustomer Communications Intern tasked with supporting SentinelOne customers' communications while collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with team members across Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to support communications to SentinelOne customers.
- Develop frameworks for customer list segmentation.
- Draft systemic communications to support the customer journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must be currently enrolled in a full-time, degree-seeking marketing or communications program with an expected graduation date between Dec 2026 and June 2027.
- Familiar with Marketing or Campaign tools (e.g., Marketo, Hubspot, etc.).
- Familiar with Customer Success tools (Salesforce).
- Experience with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Detail-oriented and analytical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
