About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with the Talent Brand and Marketing teams to develop content, to attract and engage prospective candidates
Build a social media campaign that aligns with SentinelOne’s core values and brand to highlight internship experience. Partner with the Talent brand team to gather Intern testimonials
Manage key projects in Talent Brand such as social media calendar, Global Best companies projects, update and maintain talent brand platforms
Research emerging trends and best practices in Talent Brand, and recruitment marketing to propose innovative ideas and strategies
Build a process for internal teams to support our Talent Brand efforts
Assist in maintaining internal brand guidelines throughout our internal platforms and channels
Engage with global leads to support our S Foundations efforts

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently a student pursuing Marketing, Communications, or related degree with an expected graduation in 2027
Interest in Marketing and Talent Branding
Strong communications and written skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Excellence in project management skills
