About the role

  • Support the Proof of Concept (POC) and global deployment of AI-driven workflow tools across the existing GTM tech stack.
  • Provide project management support for high-priority GTM initiatives and ensure AI tools are trained to support the adoption core messaging and methodology frameworks.
  • Lead the consolidation and refinement of the "Gem" library to enhance the quality and accessibility for sales teams.
  • Conduct interviews with early adopters and super-users to extract, document, and scale winning AI sales strategies.
  • Gather and analyze KPI data—including adoption, conversion rates, and deal velocity—to measure the tangible impact of AI adoption on the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and a strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) or AI productivity tools.
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable business insights.
