About the role
- Act as a primary point of contact, fostering trust and rapport with the client.
- Drive adoption and consumption of SentinelOne products post-sales.
- Understand customer objectives and priorities and translate them into success criteria.
- Manage client expectations and negotiate resolutions for complex issues.
- Identify process gaps and implement SOPs for efficiency across delivery functions.
- Guiding each engagement from initial scope definition and project kickoff through detailed planning, execution, and final closure, ensuring all objectives are met.
- Translate customer priorities and technical requirements into actionable, measurable project deliverables.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate potential project risks and challenges.
- Deliver regular, comprehensive, and transparent updates on project status, key performance metrics, and any necessary escalations to both our clients and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in a client-facing Project Management/Service Delivery role within Professional Services or a similar environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex technical projects, preferably involving SIEM implementations and migrations, for external clients.
- Experience with cybersecurity solutions (Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR), Extended Detection & Response (XDR), SOAR) is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding and practical experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a strong plus.
- Ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to manage client expectations and complex issues.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and mentor delivery teams.
