About the role
- Own and optimize top-of-funnel KPIs
- Diagnose performance trends using funnel metrics
- Ensure SDR efforts are aligned to revenue outcomes
- Develop and execute scalable inbound and outbound sales development strategies
- Build and continuously improve modern outbound motions
- Own the vision and execution for AI-enabled sales development
- Partner with internal teams for AI-driven workflows
- Act as a trusted thought partner to Sales leaders
- Provide director-level leadership to frontline SDR managers
- Attract and retain top talent for the SDR organization
Requirements
- 5+ years leading SDR or Sales Development teams
- Proven people leader who sets clear direction
- Deep expertise in coaching and developing SDR talent
- Strong analytical and operational rigor
- Strategic operator with experience designing, scaling, and optimizing pipeline-generation programs
- Trusted cross-functional partner to influence Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement
- Ability to lead and execute cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
- Comfortable leveraging modern sales technology and AI-enabled tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
