About the role
- Lead SentinelOne’s end-to-end presence at major global conferences (RSA, Black Hat, AWS re:Invent) driving brand, pipeline, and customer/partner experiences.
- Drive planning and execution of Tier 1 global trade shows and sponsorships — booth design/build, logistics, shipping, staffing, on-site operations.
- Manage sponsorship deliverables (speaking slots, branding, hospitality, lead capture) to maximize ROI.
- Oversee project management: timelines, vendor contracts, registration, hotel blocks, travel coordination, budget tracking.
- Ensure flawless on-site execution including booth setup, demos, executive engagements, customer/partner meetings, private event tie-ins.
- Partner with Product Marketing, Brand, Sales, Demand Gen, Partner Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and pipeline alignment.
- Support executive visibility through speaking engagements, panels, and media opportunities.
- Track KPIs (pipeline, leads, engagement metrics, ROI) and deliver post-event recaps with actionable recommendations.
Requirements
- 10+ years of event management experience, with a strong track record executing large-scale Tier 1 third-party industry events (RSA, Black Hat, AWS re:Invent, or equivalent).
- Proven expertise in end-to-end event execution, including booth builds, sponsorships, logistics, and on-site management at events with thousands of attendees.
- Strong organizational and project management skills; thrives juggling multiple high-stakes programs simultaneously.
- Excellent relationship management skills with vendors, partners, executives, and internal stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of how events drive pipeline within B2B enterprise marketing.
- Proficiency with event management platforms (Cvent, Splash), CRM (Salesforce), and marketing tools (Marketo, Demandbase, 6Sense).
- Creative and adaptable, with an eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional attendee experiences.
