About the role

Configure, image, prepare, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices

Assist users with device setup, login access, and peripheral connectivity
Escalate issues as needed

Report at the client's location in Edwards, Colorado

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to configure, image, and prepare desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to established IT standards, security protocols, and deployment procedures
Experience with IT support preferred
Provide Tier 1 technical support during deployments
Comfortable working in a medical facility
Must satisfy client requirements, including proof of required vaccinations and drug screening
Adherence to HIPPA privacy regulations
Must have a car for travel between two locations within Edwards, Colorado
Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm to deliver quality solutions with exceptional customer service
Completion of a background check required
