Design, implement, and maintain networking and telecommunication infrastructure including Cisco LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi/ACI systems, Cisco Voice Systems, and Nurse Call Systems
Provide support for Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), including Jabber setup and basic troubleshooting
Configure and manage Cisco switches, routers, and firewalls; apply firewall rules and support security posture
Maintain documentation and inventory of network and telecom components
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for system maintenance and upgrades
Monitor network performance and generate statistical reports
Respond to urgent issues, including after-hours support when necessary to ensure patient care is not impacted
Requirements
3–5 years of experience in network administration
Strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, firewalls)
Working knowledge of Cisco Call Manager (CUCM) and Jabber setup
Familiarity with network security concepts and firewall rule management
Understanding of Cisco wireless systems
Ability to work independently and respond to urgent issues with professionalism
At least one certification: CCNA or CompTIA Network+
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
Experience with Cisco ACI is preferred
Project management experience is preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience working with network and communication vendors is preferred.
