Requirements
What you’ll need- 1–3 years of IT support, technical support, or help desk experience in a business environment
- Practical experience troubleshooting Windows desktops, laptops, and supporting end users with hardware
- knowledge of network fundamentals, including TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, printers, and common connectivity troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and business software
- Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues independently, seeking guidance from senior IT staff when appropriate
- Experience configuring, deploying, and supporting desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and related peripherals
- Strong communication, customer service, and training skills with the ability to support users of varying technical backgrounds in office, shop, and field environments
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks, manage support tickets, and maintain accurate documentation; valid driver's license and ability to travel between company locations as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crawl, stand, walk and sit
- Ability to commute between company locations locally for support and repairs
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
