About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide on-site IT support to end users (staff, students, faculty)
- Set up and troubleshoot Chromebooks and other devices
- Assist with IT inventory and asset tracking
- Travel between multiple school campuses (mileage reimbursement may apply)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in IT support or troubleshooting is a plus
- Formal IT training, coursework, or certifications are preferred
- Familiarity with Chromebooks (as a user or administrator) is preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs independently and up to 150 lbs with assistance
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
