Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions that improve operational efficiency across business functions.
  • Conduct process analysis, automation development, and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Collaborate closely with a software engineering manager and a team of peers in a fast-paced environment focused on digital transformation and process optimization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in software development, automation engineering, or related technical roles.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Automate and familiarity with Power Apps.
  • Hands-on experience working within the Microsoft ecosystem, including SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
  • Understanding of process mapping, workflow automation, and business process analysis.
  • Experience with scripting or programming (e.g., PowerShell, Python, C#, Java, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
  • Exposure to SAP or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).
  • Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or enterprise process environments.
  • Familiarity with Windows environments and exposure to Linux systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required.
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude.
