Support, implement, and maintain Microsoft solutions for clients
Work alongside senior engineers and architects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree or bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience
Basic understanding of Microsoft Windows Server and desktop operating systems
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications and administration concepts
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Strong desire to learn new technologies and develop technical expertise
Experience in a customer-facing role
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
