Supporting the customer’s network environment via service cases
Performing network support tasks, as requested by the customer
Collaborating autonomously and driving tasks to successful completion
Utilizing good troubleshooting methodology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Must have hands-on experience with Cisco routers and switches
CCNA certification is highly preferred
Experience working with Cisco networking platforms is REQUIRED
Experience troubleshooting networking issues required
Familiarity with Palo Alto, Meraki, Fortinet, Cisco Security products such as FTD, FMC, AMP, DUO, Umbrella, etc.is a plus
Familiar supporting wireless networks with Cisco wireless LAN controllers using both traditional centralized deployments as well as converged access preferred
Exceptional customer relations skills
The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
