About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide on-site technical support for one of our valued clients
  • Troubleshoot and repair desktops and laptops
  • Perform system imaging and re-imaging
  • Ensure all devices are secure, compliant, and operating at peak performance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years of experience in similar role
  • A+ Certification preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
  • Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between locations and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
