- Guide the development team in creating applications that improve operational efficiency
- Ensure best practices in coding, architecture, and project management
- Focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–5 years of hands-on experience developing applications with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- 2–3 years of leadership or managerial experience leading development teams and overseeing project delivery
- 5+ years of overall software development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or a related is required
- Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing Power Apps solutions and automated workflows
- Experience integrating Power Apps with Microsoft tools such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and Microsoft Teams
- Demonstrated success managing full software development lifecycles (planning through deployment)
- Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solutions Architect, Project management and Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Must have a current Homeland Security Background Clearance OR be able to obtain a Homeland Security Background Clearance within ninety (90) days of hire.
- Must have a current Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card OR be able to obtain the Level 1 Arizona Clearance Card within ninety (90) days of hire.
- May be required to obtain an AZ State Driver, Operator Certification, and other various certifications depending on assignment.
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
