About the role
- provide hands-on technical support in a mixed office and production floor manufacturing environment
- support end users
- deploy and maintain hardware
- assist with daily IT operations across an enterprise infrastructure that includes Cisco and Juniper networking, Microsoft 365, and virtualization platforms
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in Help Desk/Desktop support
- Proficiency supporting Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
- Experience with Cisco and/or Juniper networking equipment (direct or support-based)
- Exposure to VMware or other virtualized environments is beneficial
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of wired and wireless network connectivity
- Hands-on experience with end-user hardware support, including desktop and laptop break/fix, peripherals, imaging, and deployment
- Understanding the process of onboarding and offboarding user accounts and equipment
- Familiarity working with ticketing systems
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
