About the role
- Provide on-site technical assistance to our customer
- Troubleshooting and repairing desktops and laptops
- Performing software re-imaging
- Ensuring systems are fully functional and secure
- Delivering exceptional customer service
- Working collaboratively within a team
- Maintaining a professional presence at client location
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in similar role
- A+ Certification preferred
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing desktop and laptop hardware
- Experience with re-imaging software a must, SCCM experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and to stand for a long period of time
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
