About the role

  • Design and implement solutions for both cloud and on-prem systems
  • Hands-on execution of cloud infrastructure tasks with strong expertise in storage, automation, DevOps, and SecOps
  • Develop and document solutions and operational procedures
  • Work on disaster recovery solutions and implementation (preferred)
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver practical, technical solutions and customer service
  • Travel between locations and transport equipment as required
  • Hybrid contract-to-hire position based in Warrenville, IL

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience as a cloud infrastructure engineer
  • 1+ years of experience as a Cloud Infrastructure Architect
  • Experience with implementing solutions for on-prem, public and private cloud environments
  • Subject Matter Expert in storage, dev ops and sec ops preferred
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience working with disaster recovery preferred
  • Must have a car; role requires travel between locations and transportation of equipment
  • Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
  • Must display ACE factor – Attitude, Compassion, and Enthusiasm
