About the role
- Sell IT infrastructure and managed services; grow book of business and nurture existing accounts
- Prospect for new business within IT and Financial services and close deals using consultative selling
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate a successful track record of closing business
- Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales IT Solution Architects, Administrative Support, and Project Management to support sales efforts
- Travel between locations and transport equipment as needed
- Participate in company-required background check and comply with hiring process requirements
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience
- Educational Sales experience is a preferred
- Experienced self-starter with the ability to ramp up quickly
- Experience in selling IT Infrastructure or Managed Services preferred
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Experience prospecting for new business within IT and Financial services
- Demonstrate a successful track record of closing business utilizing a consultative selling approach
- Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills
- Candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
