About the role

  • Sell IT infrastructure and managed services; grow book of business and nurture existing accounts
  • Prospect for new business within IT and Financial services and close deals using consultative selling
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships and demonstrate a successful track record of closing business
  • Collaborate with Infrastructure Architects, Pre-Sales IT Solution Architects, Administrative Support, and Project Management to support sales efforts
  • Travel between locations and transport equipment as needed
  • Participate in company-required background check and comply with hiring process requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience
  • Educational Sales experience is a preferred
  • Experienced self-starter with the ability to ramp up quickly
  • Experience in selling IT Infrastructure or Managed Services preferred
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Experience prospecting for new business within IT and Financial services
  • Demonstrate a successful track record of closing business utilizing a consultative selling approach
  • Must be an aggressive self-starter with excellent prospecting, relationship building, and closing skills
  • Candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
