About the role
- Administer, configure, and maintain our IT management systems.
- Hands-on experience with key ManageEngine products.
- Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and security of our IT infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with internal teams, and support our IT operations.
- This is a contract to hire role that can be remote but must provide occasional onsite support to Detroit Metro Area, MI.
Requirements
- Proficiency with specific ManageEngine solutions, such as ServiceDeskPlus and OpManager.
- Knowledge of ITIL for managing IT service processes
- Strong understanding of Network and System architectures and administration
- Experience with Active Directory, SQL and SIEM platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
