About the role

  • Administer, configure, and maintain our IT management systems.
  • Hands-on experience with key ManageEngine products.
  • Responsible for ensuring the optimal performance, functionality, and security of our IT infrastructure.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, collaborate with internal teams, and support our IT operations.
  • This is a contract to hire role that can be remote but must provide occasional onsite support to Detroit Metro Area, MI.

Requirements

  • Proficiency with specific ManageEngine solutions, such as ServiceDeskPlus and OpManager.
  • Knowledge of ITIL for managing IT service processes
  • Strong understanding of Network and System architectures and administration
  • Experience with Active Directory, SQL and SIEM platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a can-do attitude
