Support Engineer

• Provide advanced support for Azure environments, including troubleshooting and resolving issues across computer, networking, identity, and storage services.
• Administer and manage Azure resources such as Virtual Machines (VMs), VNETs, Load Balancers, Firewalls, Key Vault, and Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Implement and manage security and compliance solutions using Azure Policy, RBAC, Blueprints, and Defender for Cloud.
• Assist with Azure site recovery (ASR), ARM templates/Bicep deployments, and automation using PowerShell (Az Module) or Azure CLI.
