About the role
- Responsible for configuring and setting up laptops
- Provide general help desk support
- Have a desire to grow their technical skills
- Willing to go above and beyond standard help desk responsibilities
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in IT Support
- Experience with Windows and Windows Server Operating System is required
- Knowledge of networking, troubleshooting, upgrading and server operations is required
- Proficient in Office 365 administration
- Experience with installing, making changes and repairing computer hardware and software
- Experience with audio visual equipment a plus but not required
- Experience with security cameras and related NVR equipment a plus but not required
- Familiar with administration and maintenance of Active Directory and Azure
- The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
- A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
