• Develop new business and be a critical contributor in sales efforts as a Retirement Plan Advisor
• Offer fiduciary guidance to Plan Sponsors covering investments, compliance, plan design, service providers, and financial wellness
• Hunt and initiate new direct contacts and develop those contacts into prospects and Centers of Influence
• Work with Plan Sponsors in a fiduciary capacity and provide 3(21) and 3(38) advisory services
• Establish relationships across Sentinel to understand and cross-sell products and services
• Identify business opportunities by qualifying prospects, researching and analyzing sales options
• Act as liaison with marketing on client/prospect events and email campaigns
• Develop relationships with referral partners through networking and education
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops and participating in professional associations
• Lead, train, and motivate peers and clients; present and communicate solutions effectively
