Role Overview: Seeking a Strategic Finance and Operations professional to scale operations, report to a cofounder, collaborate cross-functionally with leadership in product, business development, and operations to evaluate new initiatives, manage financial planning, and ensure execution.
Responsibilities: Build financial models for commercial partnerships, token economics, and new AI product initiatives; prepare internal memos, board materials, analyze KPIs and propose optimizations; oversee outsourced accounting, maintain forecast models, assist budgeting, coordinate treasury operations across multi-signature wallets, on-chain and off-chain accounts; partner on entity structuring, capital flows, payment processes; manage fund disbursements, grants, governance protocols; identify improvements to financial and operational systems; evaluate financial viability and commercial risks of AI and blockchain products; act as bridge between Finance, Product, Business Ops, and GTM teams to solve complex problems.

• Lead Sentient’s presence on X and LinkedIn: from drafting and scheduling posts to shaping narrative strategy.
• Translate product updates and roadmap milestones into content that educates, engages, and excites our audience.
• Stay deeply plugged into crypto narratives, spot trends early and find natural, authentic ways for Sentient to join the conversation.
• Create and source visuals to complement posts (memes, GIFs, short videos), either yourself or in coordination with design partners.
• Write occasional blog posts and longer-form content to support product launches and announcements.
• Establish a consistent, credible, and engaging voice across channels, while experimenting with new platforms (Farcaster, TikTok, AI-native formats, UGC campaigns).
• Track performance, analyze what works, and iterate based on data to grow reach and engagement.

• Draft and negotiate bespoke, first-of-their kind agreements for Sentient products and collaborations within the space.
• Provide legal guidance to operating entities, including advice on product development and compliance as well as corporate governance and operational best practices.
