About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the day-to-day support, maintenance, and optimization of software applications that support Health & Wellness operations
- Partners with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements, troubleshoot application issues, and implement system enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience
- Application support, file mapping and data integration activities, SQL-based research and analysis, testing software upgrades and patches, and managing incidents, changes, and service requests
- Works closely with cross-functional teams, leveraging tools such as Jira to track work and support project initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business, or a related field (preferred) or 5+ years of relevant experience without a degree may be accepted in lieu of degree requirements
- Experience supporting enterprise business applications, including troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, and system enhancements
- Experience with SQL queries, data analysis, and research to support troubleshooting, reporting, and business requirements
- Experience with data integration processes, file mapping, data validation, and interface support
- Experience using ticketing and project management tools such as Jira for incident, problem, change, and service request management
- Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, conducting system testing, and supporting application implementations
- Preferred Skills Knowledge of healthcare, wellness, or population health applications
- Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience coordinating small projects or application enhancement initiatives
