Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for all areas of customer service regarding research and resolution of telephone inquiries from members or patients.
Handle incoming calls to effectively address issues related to member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs.
Update billing information, establish payment plans, resolve payment inquiries, or assist with patient scheduling.
Provide quality service and customer satisfaction through effective communication and education.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or Equivalent REQUIRED
2 years Customer Service experience REQUIRED
Previous Data Entry Experience REQUIRED
Call center experience highly preferred
Healthcare background preferred (pre-authorization, insurance eligibility, referrals, billing, claims)
EPIC experience is a plus
