Sentara HealthClinical Compliance Consultant for managing compliance and regulations in health plans at Sentara Health. Ensuring clinical standards and policies adhere to compliance and accreditation requirements.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the clinical and regulatory compliance of designated lines of business through project leadership
- Provide technical oversight, risk identification, and mitigation
- Create policies, procedures, and tools for implementation of recommendations
- Develop metrics for monitoring program objectives and compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - State license - North Carolina or Virginia
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Multi State or Single State - North Carolina or Virginia
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) - State license - North Carolina or Virginia
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Multi State or Single State - North Carolina or Virginia
- 1 year of quality, regulatory, compliance, accreditation, and/or auditing experience (Required)
- Behavioral Health experience highly preferred
- Health plan experience preferred.
