Key responsibilities & impact

Designs, builds, and operationalizes production-grade intelligent services that automate document understanding
Powers semantic/retrieval-enhanced search
Enables conversational/agentic experiences
Integrates AI outcomes into core business systems
Owns the full lifecycle from architecting secure, compliant solutions to deploying and scaling them in production
Works with Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, multi-agent orchestration, and API integrations for EHR, CRM, and member portals
Solves complex problems, ensures HIPAA compliance and Responsible AI practices

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s in computer science, engineering, math, or related technical field (Preferred)
Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate or related (Preferred)
3 years in software or data engineering (Required)
1 year applying ML/AI in production - model training, deployment, or integration into applications or equivalent experience—open-source contributions, startup work, intensive bootcamps, or research (Required)
