About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assess research feasibility and translate clinical questions into analytic plans
Extract, validate, and manage data from Epic, Databricks, and other sources
Perform data cleaning, quality assurance, and statistical analyses
Support IRB submissions and ensure compliance with data governance standards
Generate tables, figures, and visualizations for manuscripts and presentations
Collaborate with investigators on interpretation, abstracts, and dissemination

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of 3 years of healthcare analytics or research experience
Strong SQL skills; experience with Excel, Databricks, Python, or R preferred
Knowledge of EHR data (Epic), clinical coding, and research methods
Experience with REDCap, IRB processes, and manuscript support preferred
Background in academic medicine or health system research preferred
Bachelor’s degree (Required)
Preferred field of study - bachelor’s degree in public health, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related
Master’s Degree in a related field (Preferred)
