- Handling incoming calls to effectively address issues related to either member eligibility, plan prescription benefits, and claim payment issues or patient services needs
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years of customer service experience required
- Previous data entry experience required
- Prior scheduling experience required
- Familiar with Epic beaker preferred
- Experience in a high-volume call center preferred
