About the role
- Assume responsibility and accountability for daily operations of assigned area of responsibility.
- Mentor direct reports by role modeling a professional practice consistent with organizational goals, customer service, clinical effectiveness, and standards of care.
- Responsible for the delivery of high-quality services which meet or exceeds customer expectations.
- Coordinate the development and marketing of new services within the business unit.
- Contribute to the success of the organization through achievement of system, hospital and departmental goals and objectives.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- Bachelor's level degree (Preferred)
- IEHA, ASHES or CHESP certification (Preferred)
- Previous Management experience (Required)
- Supervisory experience - 3 years (Required)
