About the role
- Responsible for coordinating and monitoring the Scrum process from initiation through delivery
- Serves as a key liaison between the Product Owner, development team, and leadership
- Ensures successful execution of Agile projects
- Facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages product backlog and release planning
- Drives team productivity by removing impediments and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team environment
- Ensures that team members clearly understand project objectives and are aligned with sprint goals
- Promotes Agile best practices, supports continuous improvement, and helps teams mature in Agile methodologies to enhance delivery outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a degree
- 7+ years of relevant experience without a degree
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification (Preferred)
- Experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) in Agile environments
- Experience managing product backlogs, sprint execution, and release planning
- Proven ability to identify and remove impediments to support team productivity and delivery goals
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and effective communication
- Ability to operate with minimal supervision, applying independent judgment to manage complex Agile initiatives.
