About the role
- Provides evidence-based education to ED nurses and ED Techs.
- In the moment education, Onboarding new hires, participation in hospital activities that support community involvement.
- Work closely with Trauma educator.
Requirements
- MIN of 5 yrs ED nursing experience REQUIRED
- Previous experience in a similar role STRONGLY preferred
- Meets and maintains any requirements defined by specific specialty; Emergency Dept ACLS within 1 year of hire; PALS, All Direct Care RNs required to have BLS within 90 days of hire.
- BSN or higher NURSING degree REQUIRED
- RN License valid to practice in the State of Virginia
