Leads high-impact, high visibility projects across multiple business functions using waterfall or hybrid methodologies.
Responsible for ensuring deliverables are met on time, within scope, and under budget.
Fosters strong teamwork and builds robust internal and external relationships while operating in a matrix environment.
Expected to coach and mentor junior staff, and lead or participate in departmental process improvement initiatives.
Operates within a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to multitask and delegate effectively.

Requirements

6 years of experience in project management experience (Required)
Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholder relationships.
Healthcare experience including care delivery (ambulatory, hospital, post-acute), health plan and/or technical project management (Preferred)
Education High School / GED (Required)
Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
Certification/Licensure One of the following certifications or equivalent (Preferred), but must obtain within 1 year of hire (Required): Project Management Institute Certified Associate Project Manager (CAPM), Project Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP), Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP), Scrum, SAFe or equivalent
