About the role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to provide financial and analytical support to assigned business areas, helping them meet strategic and financial goals.\n
  • This role works closely with the Director of Finance, Transformation and Corporate finance team.\n
  • Strategic finance partner to the Transformation Office, providing financial insights and support.\n
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate and track the performance for strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.\n
  • Collaborate with FP&A to assess and communicate the financial impact of Transformation across the organization.\n
  • Create and maintain executive-level reporting to support decision-making by senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business Administration or related field (REQUIRED)\n
  • 4 years Finance or Accounting experience (REQUIRED)\n
  • 1 year in Healthcare (REQUIRED)\n
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
