About the role

  • Responsible for accurately entering and reviewing health insurance product data
  • Ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across internal systems
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues
  • Improve processes and support operational goals
  • Document procedures and contribute to special projects that enhance data management and workflow efficiency

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in information technology and relevant experience (Required)
  • Experience with health insurance products or terminology preferred
  • Knowledge of HTML preferred
  • Experience with Simplify Healthcare Benefits 1 software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
