About the role
- Responsible for accurately entering and reviewing health insurance product data
- Ensure consistency, compliance, and quality across internal systems
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve data issues
- Improve processes and support operational goals
- Document procedures and contribute to special projects that enhance data management and workflow efficiency
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in information technology and relevant experience (Required)
- Experience with health insurance products or terminology preferred
- Knowledge of HTML preferred
- Experience with Simplify Healthcare Benefits 1 software preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to document processes clearly and concisely
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to meet deadlines.
