About the role
- Sensor Tower is hiring a Senior UX Designer to work on Pathmatics & App Advertising Insights, products used to analyze digital advertising spend, creatives, channels, and competitive strategies. While the title is UX Designer, this is a product-embedded role. We’re looking for designers who think like Product Designers: owning workflows end-to-end, collaborating closely with Product and Engineering, and making thoughtful design tradeoffs in a complex, data-rich environment.
- This role is ideal for someone who enjoys designing for users at different levels of expertise, making sense of messy data, and guiding people from first use to power use.
Requirements
- - 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer or Product Designer.
- - Strong UX, interaction design, and problem-solving skills.
- - Proven experience designing B2B, SaaS, analytics, or ad-tech products.
- - Comfort owning work independently and operating in ambiguous problem spaces.
- - Proficiency in Figma.
- - Experience working within and contributing to design systems.
- - Applicants must have a current portfolio showcasing relevant product or UX work. For candidates with confidentiality constraints, we’re open to reviewing redacted case studies or discussing relevant work examples during the interview process.
