About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary HR lead for the Industrials segment across Europe.
- Drive organizational effectiveness and enable business performance.
- Support the scaling of the European Industrials organization and transformation priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and ensure consistent HR execution across the segment.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Strong communication skills; oral, written and presentation
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Fluency in English and French required.
