About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Makes outbound calls and sends emails to potential customers.
- Responds to inbound inquiries and follows up on leads.
- Learns to identify customers needs and suggests appropriate products or services.
- Supports the sales team with scheduling, data entry, and pipeline management.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and sales presentations.
- Maintains accurate records of interactions in the system.
- Collaborates with team members to meet group and individual performance goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
