About the role
- Play a critical hands-on role in commissioning, maintaining, and repairing state-of-the-art power conversion and generation equipment used in renewable energy, energy storage, and industrial applications
- Work independently and as part of a skilled technical team to ensure reliable, efficient system performance at customer sites across the U.S. (travel up to 50%)
- Span commissioning of new systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and control integration
- Leverage expertise in electrical testing, communication systems, and PLC programming to maximize uptime and system longevity
- Shape the customer experience and contribute to product improvement through detailed technical reports, procedure development, and operator training
Requirements
- Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
- Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
- Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
- Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- This position requires eligibility to obtain authorization under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or the Export Administration Regulations (EAR)
