About the role
- Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
- Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
- Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
- Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
- Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
- Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.
- Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
- Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel)
- Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Clear communication and a collaborative working style
- Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
- Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output
- Interest in financial markets is a plus.
