Key responsibilities & impact

Build and maintain media plans aligned to client goals, budgets, and inventory.
Create clear, polished decks and proposals that communicate strategy and value.
Partner with Account Managers and Sales to develop pre-sale materials and packages.
Organize campaign details, timelines, and deliverables to support execution.
Pull data and assist in building reporting and performance summaries.
Ensure accuracy across pricing, packaging, and campaign details.
Maintain internal trackers and documentation across active campaigns.
Continuously improve templates, workflows, and planning processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–2 years of experience in media, marketing, sales support, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and high standards for output quality
Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation tools (Google Sheets, Slides, Excel)
Ability to take direction and turn inputs into clean, structured deliverables
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Clear communication and a collaborative working style
Demonstrated curiosity and a strong desire to learn and improve quickly
Interest in using AI tools and automation to increase efficiency and output
Interest in financial markets is a plus.
