About the role
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Stocktwits’ brand objectives and drives growth across all platforms.
- Create compelling, on-brand content tailored for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms that resonate with our community and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistency across campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling.
- Foster an active and engaged online community by responding to conversations, moderating discussions, and cultivating authentic relationships that build loyalty.
- Build and manage relationships with creators, influencers, and ambassadors to amplify Stocktwits’ reach and visibility.
- Plan and execute social campaigns from concept to measurement, ensuring alignment with business priorities and cultural relevance.
- Track KPIs such as engagement, reach, conversions, and audience growth, providing regular reporting and actionable insights to inform strategy.
- Use social listening, analytics platforms, and performance dashboards to refine strategies, improve ROI, and inform broader marketing initiatives.
- Stay ahead of emerging cultural moments, algorithm updates, and platform features, experimenting with new formats and growth tactics to keep Stocktwits at the forefront of social.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably with consumer-facing brands or social media companies.
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across multiple platforms.
- Strong understanding of content formats, creator economy, and digital culture.
- Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Youtube Shorts, CapCut, Canva, Google Analytics).
- Creative, strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Bonus: Experience in influencer marketing, video editing, or community management at scale.
