Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy, architecture, and execution of enterprise solutions supporting global finance, supply chain, operations, and sales functions.
Translate business requirements into scalable, integrated digital solutions that improve efficiency and data-driven decision-making.
Establish enterprise solution standards, architecture principles, and best practices.
Partner with global stakeholders to drive adoption, change management, and continuous improvement.
Own the optimization and evolution of NetSuite ERP across Financials, Supply Chain, Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, and Inventory.
Ensure ERP processes are standardized where appropriate while supporting regional business needs.
Drive process simplification, automation, and data quality improvements to support analytics and AI use cases.
Identify and prioritize opportunities to apply AI and intelligent automation to enterprise processes.
Lead the adoption of AI-assisted capabilities embedded in ERP, analytics, workflow automation, and collaboration platforms.
Monitor emerging enterprise AI technologies and translate them into practical, scalable business applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in enterprise applications, solution architecture, or digital transformation roles.
Strong hands-on experience with ERP platforms; NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Demonstrated experience implementing process automation, analytics, or AI-enabled features in enterprise environments.
Ability to evaluate, adopt, and operationalize AI capabilities in real-world business applications.
Experience with system integrations, APIs, and enterprise data flows.
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate operational needs into scalable digital solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in a global environment.
Deep AI research or data science expertise is not required; however, candidates must demonstrate the ability to lead AI adoption within enterprise applications.
