Attorney

• provide direct legal services to and engages in advocacy on behalf older victims in Philadelphia, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and/or Montgomery Counties
• Handle all aspects of client representation, including screening and interviewing clients, conducting client interviews, filing court documents, preparing for court appearances, assessing holistic legal needs, and making referrals
• Provide information and referrals to older victims of crime, linking them to resources and supportive services
• Represent SeniorLAW Center at professional committees/coalitions related to older adult victimization
• Develop and present legal education workshops to older adults
• Participate in scheduled project-related meetings and provide support to colleagues as needed
