About the role
- Lead efforts to plan and coordinate cross-functional projects, by defining scope, goals, deliverables, and required resources, maintaining project timelines and documentation
- Monitor project progress and performance, identifying risks and issues that may arise
- Facilitate team meetings and project updates, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of project status
- Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, executive sponsors and oversight committee members
- Manage project budgets and resources, ensuring efficient allocation of team members and materials
- Document project requirements, changes, and feedback to ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals
- Participate in project retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices
- Conduct all business in accordance with Seneca policies and procedures.
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in project management or coordination
- Proficient understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, SAFe and Waterfall
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
