About the role

  • Lead the development, implementation, and administration of compensation policies and procedures
  • Manage salary structure development, job evaluation, incentive plan design, and survey participation
  • Ensure that company compensation programs are consistently administered in compliance with internal policies and government regulations
  • Provide information to Talent Acquisition for compliance with Pay Transparency
  • Prepare reporting and analysis as part of total rewards and performance management processes
  • Conduct job analysis to establish and maintain appropriate compensation levels
  • Monitor compliance with all applicable compensation laws and regulations

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology, or related experience required
  • Five+ years of progressive experience in employee compensation
  • Proficiency with the Willis Towers Watson compensation benchmarking tool preferred
  • Excellent Time Management skills and ability to plan and set priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with senior management
  • Thorough understanding of local, state, and federal laws involving employment and compensation
  • Advanced excel skills necessary with proficiency on the Microsoft Office Suite or related software
