About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • You will work with: warm leads (inbound, demo requests, registrations)
  • Proactive cold calling
  • Independent lead reactivation
  • Preparing proposals & follow-up
  • Negotiation & closing
  • Your daily focus: at least 30 phone calls per day
  • Conducting demos
  • Creating tailored proposals
  • Setting follow-ups
  • Closing deals
  • You conduct sales conversations with decision-makers in the e-commerce space (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and clearly demonstrate our value proposition.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Sales experience (REQUIRED) — B2B sales, ideally SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
  • HubSpot experience (ABSOLUTE MUST) — confident with pipeline, deals, tasks & reporting
  • Strong closer & goal-oriented — you want to sell and close
  • Phone-oriented — 30+ calls per day (warm & cold) are standard for you
  • Independent & performance-driven — remote means delivering results
  • Very good German, spoken and written
