Sales & Closing Manager
SendDrop GmbHSales & Closing Manager for SendDrop's shipping platform, focusing on closing deals with E-Commerce clients. Successful candidates will engage in proactive sales activities and demonstrate strong performance.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will work with: warm leads (inbound, demo requests, registrations)
- Proactive cold calling
- Independent lead reactivation
- Preparing proposals & follow-up
- Negotiation & closing
- Your daily focus: at least 30 phone calls per day
- Conducting demos
- Creating tailored proposals
- Setting follow-ups
- Closing deals
- You conduct sales conversations with decision-makers in the e-commerce space (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and clearly demonstrate our value proposition.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales experience (REQUIRED) — B2B sales, ideally SaaS, e-commerce, or logistics
- HubSpot experience (ABSOLUTE MUST) — confident with pipeline, deals, tasks & reporting
- Strong closer & goal-oriented — you want to sell and close
- Phone-oriented — 30+ calls per day (warm & cold) are standard for you
- Independent & performance-driven — remote means delivering results
- Very good German, spoken and written
