  • You create UI/UX concepts — from wireframes to clear descriptions of how a feature should look and function
  • You work closely with our developer: you provide clear briefings, clarify questions, and ensure nothing is lost during implementation
  • You identify, reproduce, and prioritize bugs and bring them into development in a structured way
  • You thoroughly test completed features, ensure quality, and only release them after successful verification
  • You help shape the product roadmap: evaluate and prioritize feature ideas and actively drive the platform's development
  • You monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and improvement opportunities early
  • You maintain and prioritize the product backlog and ensure the team is always working on the most important topics

Requirements

  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design — you can explain and sketch how a feature should look and feel
  • Experience collaborating with developers: you know how to formulate technical requirements clearly
  • Experience in an e-commerce or logistics environment
  • Independent, structured working style — you are comfortable working from a home office and organize yourself
  • Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
  • Bonus: Experience with shipping carriers (DHL, DPD, GLS etc.) and their systems/APIs
  • Bonus: Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, TypeScript)
  • Bonus: Experience with tools such as Trello, HubSpot, Discord, Photoshop or Figma
