About the role
- You gather requirements for new features and improvements, structure them, and convert them into detailed specifications and tickets
- You create UI/UX concepts — from wireframes to clear descriptions of how a feature should look and function
- You work closely with our developer: you provide clear briefings, clarify questions, and ensure nothing is lost during implementation
- You identify, reproduce, and prioritize bugs and bring them into development in a structured way
- You thoroughly test completed features, ensure quality, and only release them after successful verification
- You help shape the product roadmap: evaluate and prioritize feature ideas and actively drive the platform's development
- You monitor the market and competitors to identify trends and improvement opportunities early
- You maintain and prioritize the product backlog and ensure the team is always working on the most important topics
Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a comparable role
- Strong understanding of UX/UI design — you can explain and sketch how a feature should look and feel
- Experience collaborating with developers: you know how to formulate technical requirements clearly
- Experience in an e-commerce or logistics environment
- Independent, structured working style — you are comfortable working from a home office and organize yourself
- Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written
- Bonus: Experience with shipping carriers (DHL, DPD, GLS etc.) and their systems/APIs
- Bonus: Basic knowledge of frontend development (HTML, CSS, TypeScript)
- Bonus: Experience with tools such as Trello, HubSpot, Discord, Photoshop or Figma
