About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily programming operations to meet production schedules and customer demand
Ensure programs are accurate, efficient, and production-ready across all CNC platforms
Improve programming success each period (day, week, month)
Establish and enforce simple, consistent programming standards and best practices
Monitor Fast Pass and production data to identify issues and improve performance
Work with the Process Architect to refine and scale programming processes
Partner with Engineering, Production, and Quality to align programming with manufacturing needs
Support new part launches from prototype through production
Drive improvements in cycle time, first-pass yield, and overall throughput
Supervise, develop and mentor programmers to build a fast, reliable team

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years CNC machining experience (mills and lathes)
5+ years CNC programming experience
3+ years leadership experience
Proficient in CAM software (Mastercam, Hypermill, or similar)
Strong understanding of GD&T, tooling, and multi-axis machining
