About the role

  • Help and inform customers so they can make the right decisions themselves
  • Support and consult to ensure B2B customer group gets help needed
  • Come up with solutions to make improvements
  • Responsible for webcare:
  • Handle inbound calls, chats & tickets (via Zendesk system)
  • Answer questions about software, shipments, and other issues customers can encounter

Requirements

  • Customer Support is totally your thing: you are a good listener and you like to help, advise and find solutions
  • Your communication skills are 💯
  • Fluent in English (and a second language such as: Dutch/Spanish/French/Italian/German)
  • Multitasking is your second nature and you have a pro-active and commercial mindset
  • Previous experience in Customer Support is a big plus
  • Knowledge of online products / e-commerce and/or SaaS (Software as a Service) is big plus
  • You want to grow along with Sendcloud and are available full-time (40 hours/week) - your working day starts at 14:30 PM and ends around 11:30 PM (Monday - Friday)
  • You are based in the Netherlands
